SMS Terms
Scott Corlett — Launch Links is operated by Scott Corlett for Massive Dynamic. It provides individually requested launch links, website previews, and launch-test notifications. The initial registered pilot is limited to Scott’s own mobile number. Friends and insiders can request future weekly launch announcements at our launch-list page; group text delivery will begin only after the expanded messaging registration is approved.
Consent and enrollment
For the pilot, the owner reviews the disclosures at massivedynamic.space/sms.html and sends START from the mobile number they control to (330) 662-2020. Consent is voluntary, specific to this program, and not a condition of purchase. A webpage checkbox alone does not enroll a number. No purchased lists or unsolicited outreach are part of this program.
The friends-and-insiders launch list collects a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox alongside your mobile number. Choosing email does not consent to texts. Joining does not send a message immediately. We do not use purchased lists or unsolicited outreach.
Frequency and charges
Friends-and-insiders updates normally follow the weekly Friday launch, with frequency varying when additional updates are requested. Message and data rates may apply. The recipient’s mobile carrier plan determines those charges. Participation does not purchase any portfolio-company service.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email scottcorlett@me.com. A stopped number must provide renewed consent before receiving further requested notifications.
Availability
Delivery depends on completed registration, carrier approval, network availability, and an active messaging integration. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This is not an emergency or time-critical notification service.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for information about messaging data and consent records. Program changes will be reflected on these pages; any expansion in recipients or message purpose requires an appropriate consent process.
